The Pursuit of Excellence Foundation
Pursuit of Excellence โ The Lloyd Barker Foundation (the “Foundation”) began as an empowerment platform known as Pursuit of Excellence by Lloyd Barker in 2012. In 2018, the Foundation was registered as a Cayman Islands non-profit organization.
The mission of the Foundation is as follows:
โข to motivate, inspire and encourage young people;
โข to empower from an academic, social, and personal developmental perspective;
โข to provide a creative and mentally stimulating opportunity for young people; and
โข to acknowledge and award young people engaging in excellence.
St. Baldrick's Foundation
The St. Baldrickโs Foundation is a volunteer and donor powered charity committed to supporting the most promising research to find cures for childhood cancers and give survivors long and healthy lives.
Abz-Salute Fitness
Iโm Robert Thompson Jr and I am the owner of Abz-Salute Fitness as well as the co owner of LIFT Studio gym in Grand Cayman.
Abz-Salute Fitness is my personal training company where I share my experience, knowledge and love for fitness with my clients ensuring that they reach their goals, or even surpass them. Clients are trained in a private facility, for their comfort and privacy. We offer 1-1 and group training as well as online training, which we just added! The goal is to make clients enjoy their fitness journey and seeing results while doing so.
Lift Studios opened back in 2021 on the heels of slowly transitioning back to normal life after the pandemic. Lift is a state of the art facility that offers a variety of different equipment that caters to the needs of each of its members. Besides being a welcoming environment, there are clean and spacious stations, and offers 24 hour access. Lift is also home to some of Caymanโs top athletes!

Iโve done carnival a few times by myself but
i had the most fun with this group! by the time we got to the parade we I had hundred new friends. I really felt welcomed and had a blast! This also a nreally diverse group with all kinds of carnival experience levels. It was awesome!
